Grilled Vegetables Sandwich Ready in about 15 minutes or less!
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • sliced red peper
  • sliced zucchini
  • sliced red onion
  • sliced yellow squash
  • sliced red onion
  • harvest grain wheat bread
  • olive oil

In small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and minced garlic. Set aside in fridge.

Place olive oil in pan, cook vegetables until tender.

Toast bread and spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the bread.

Layer the vegetables on the bread.

Enjoy.
